A Cobb County State Court jury has returned a $2.7 million verdict in favor of a plaintiff injured in a 2018 auto tort.
To achieve the seven-figure outcome, Atlanta plaintiff counsel with Goldstein Hayes & Lina said they had to overcome an unexpected obstacle created by their client's own conflicting statements about her driving speed leading up to the collision.
