Target and Kimco Realty Corp. were hit with a trip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 27 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The court case, which contends that the defendants were negligent in failing to maintain the parking lot, was filed by the Gilroy Firm on behalf of Ronald Walton. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23-A-09380-9, Walton v. Kimco Realty Corporation 18034256 et al.
