Editor's Note: According to the docket, Senior U.S. District Judge Richard W. Story granted the plaintiff's motion to dismiss in the case, Critical Edge v. Mason, without prejudice on Feb. 5.
Critical Edge, a critical infrastructure security provider, has filed a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against its former human resources officer for alleged misappropriation of trade secrets intentionally for the purpose of damaging the company after her termination.
