Dollar General and other defendants were hit with a personal injury lawsuit on Nov. 10 in South Carolina Circuit Court for Berkeley County. The lawsuit was filed by attorney Joshua Slavin on behalf of a plaintiff who alleges that her toe was amputated after being bitten by a spider due to an unremedied pest infestation.
