Delta Air Lines was sued on Nov. 14 in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was filed by the Leeds Law Firm on behalf of an aircraft maintenance mechanic who claims that he was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for taking FMLA leave and seeking accommodations for his insomnia and sleep apnea. The suit also pursues disparate treatment claims based on age. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-05240, Williams v. Delta Air Lines, Inc.
