Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough has added a lateral partner who will expand its national business immigration practice and add more depth to a strategic region for the firm.

Christian Herrmann joined Nelson Mullins as a partner in Greenville, South Carolina, earlier this month from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart. He moved after a five-year stint with Ogletree in Greenville that followed 16 years with immigration law firm Fragomen, according to his LinkedIn profile.
