HCA Management Services and other defendants were slapped with a wrongful death lawsuit on Nov. 27 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The court case, brought by Princenthal, May & Wilson, contends that the plaintiff fell on a grass hump that the defendants failed to remove after cutting down trees and later died from those injuries. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23-A-10250-11, Davis v. Eastside Medical Center LLC et al.
