Marketing firm Xiingo.com and other plaintiffs filed a lawsuit alleging theft of trade secrets and breach of employment contracts on Dec. 4 in Georgia Southern District Court. The case, brought by Fulcher Hagler LLC, takes aim at Next Marketing Group, former Xiingo employees Michael Thomas and Kathleen Sanders and other defendants for allegedly misappropriating confidential information and poaching employees and clients. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00184, Xiingo.com, Inc. v. Thomas.
