Chatham County State Court Judge Elizabeth Coolidge granted Morgan & Morgan, represented by Kim Cofer Butler, Tracy O'Connell and Jason Pedigo of Ellis Painter, a certificate of immediate review with the Georgia Court of Appeals after denying the firm's motion to compel arbitration in a legal-malpractice suit filed by a former client.
