Dee Benson Diget and Antonia Sanchez were slapped with a trademark infringement lawsuit on Dec. 6 in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action, brought by Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on behalf of Frontier Ambulance Solutions, accuses the defendants of marketing their ambulances using photographs of the plaintiff's products and marks without authorization. The case is 3:23-cv-00230, Frontier Ambulance Solutions, LLC v. Diget.
