Plaintiffs in a legal action against Georgia’s recently established Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission dismissed their case in the Superior Court of Fulton County on Monday.

The dismissal came after the Supreme Court of Georgia ruled that it would not review the proposed procedural rules and codes of conduct from PAQC on Nov. 22, leaving the commission unable to take further action.
