Fulton County has a new magistrate court clerk—at least, according to an order issued this week by Chief Magistrate Court Judge Cassandra Kirk.

But as questions swirl about whether Kirk held the authority to appoint Magistrate Judge Debbie-Ann Rickman as the court’s new clerk, existing Fulton Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts Ché Alexander is opening up to the Daily Report about her reaction to the news.
