Throughout December, expert witnesses had a hand in making or breaking several high-profile cases in Georgia and across the country.
In the Southern District of New York, a federal judge dismissed all five general causation experts in 600 lawsuits alleging prenatal use of acetaminophen causes autism and ADHD, and an expert witness for Monsanto came under fire in the Northern District of California after his research got a touch too much bad press.
