Letter to the Editor
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to extend condolences to the family, colleagues and many friends of longtime Atlanta attorney, Emory University School of Law Associate Dean Emeritus and 1988-89 State Bar President A. James Elliott after his passing January 14.

He practiced law with the Atlanta firm of Alston & Bird for 28 years before entering the field of legal academia at Emory Law, his alma mater.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
