Less than a month after announcing her plans to withdraw her challenge of appointed Henry County State Court Judge Stephen N. Knights Jr. "due to work [and] time constraints," Jonesboro attorney Loletha Hale remains a qualified candidate, according to the Georgia secretary of state.
When asked why she had not followed through with formally withdrawing her candidacy in the judicial race set to be decided by voters on May 21, Hale declined to comment on the record.
