Auto retailer, Asbury Automotive Group, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, was sued in five separate data breach class actions within three days this month by customers and employees whose personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised in a December cyberattack.
The suits were all filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the Fortune 500 company, which is one of the largest franchised automotive retailers in the country.
