Freeman Mathis & Gary relied on its core litigation practices to help drive big revenue and net income increases last year, but the addition of lawyers and new offices cut into the growth of funds it dispersed to attorneys.
The litigation-focused firm, founded in Atlanta, entered the Am Law 200 for the first time this year at No. 192 after increasing its gross revenue by 42.4% to $134.3 million and its net income by 31.8% to $26.5 million in 2023.
