The fight between Johnson & Johnson and plaintiffs firm Beasley Allen escalated this week with accusations of “ethical lapses” and a “revenge campaign.”

Montgomery, Alabama-based Beasley Allen is fending off allegations of impeding J&J’s latest $6.48 billion bankruptcy plan to resolve thousands of talcum powder lawsuits by insisting to others in the plaintiffs bar that the settlement values fall far below what their clients could get in court.
