McDermott Will & Emery has again added to its growing white-collar litigation practice group after seasoned health care defense and investigations lawyer Amy Bentsen (Boring) joined the firm in its Atlanta office from King & Spalding.
Bentsen joined McDermott on May 24. She said in an interview she wanted to make the move because she is “excited to be part” of growing McDermott’s Atlanta office and anchor its white-collar litigation practice after a decade with a “very established Atlanta firm” in King & Spalding.
