- A stay is sought by petitioner Randolph Frail, but respondent counsel for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger contend the stay motion is now moot.
Following a virtual two-hour hearing Friday morning, a Georgia judge is expected to decide whether to stay certification of prevailing candidate Jeff Davis' May 21 election to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
