Morris, Manning & Martin has added commercial real estate lawyer Henry “Butch” Bailey Jr. as a partner in Atlanta from Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders—rejoining a firm where he was an associate for almost four years.
He said in an interview he moved back to the Atlanta-founded firm following his move to Troutman in early 2023 because of Morris Manning’s good reputation among Atlanta-area commercial real estate developers and the firm’s expertise, which will help him grow his practice.
