The Atlanta Police Department has released body camera footage from the June 20 arrest of Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson.
In a statement, APD officials justified Peterson’s arrest.
"Christina Peterson rushed toward the commotion and immediately started screaming at the security guard and the officer," read an Atlanta Police Department statement. "Ms. Peterson then forcibly pushed the officer in the chest."
