With ceremony and celebration, the 2024 Georgia Legal Food Frenzy organizers this week presented the trophies on for this year's competition to raise funds for food banks throughout the state. The annual event is a joint effort of the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia, the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division and Feeding Georgia, the umbrella group that supports food banks throughout Georgia. The winners of the annual competition between lawyers, law firms and organizations were announced in late May by Feeding Georgia, which runs the annual competition in the legal community to raise funds and provide volunteers and food donations for food banks in time to meet the annual spike in need that occurs during the summer. This year's Attorney General's Cup winner was—for the 10th time in 11 years of participating—Habachy Law. The 2024 campaign raised $787,883 and included 141 firms and organizations representing 10,008 members of Georgia's legal community, the organizers said in May. Next year's competition will be held April 14-25, 2025.
