Alston & Bird said today it bolstered its investment funds group by adding partner Heather Wyckoff in the firm's Manhattan office from Schulte, Roth & Zabel.
Wyckoff joined Atlanta-founded Alston & Bird early this month. She specializes in advising asset managers and is "adept at forming funds" with investor-tailored, complex structures "for marketing globally and investing in any manner of asset classes," according to the firm.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
