Commentary
When a workplace accident occurs, it is vital, especially at the outset, to secure and review as much information and evidence as possible concerning the accident. The more information available to employers and claims professionals, the better as such allows for sound decisions in claim handling, a greater chance of favorable outcomes for both the injured employee and the employer and less costly claims.
