- The firm has leased space on four floors it will build to its specifications, the managing partner said.
- The new office will be configured to house its 280 lawyers and staff in less square footage than it has now.
The need for a more modern office space designed to encourage office work and aid recruiting is prompting Morris, Manning & Martin to move from a building it has occupied since the late 1980s to a new space that's 23% smaller.
