Morris, Manning & Martin will move from a Buckhead office tower it has occupied since the late 1980s.
The firm has leased space on four floors it will build to its specifications, the managing partner said.
The new office will be configured to house its 280 lawyers and staff in less square footage than it has now.

The need for a more modern office space designed to encourage office work and aid recruiting is prompting Morris, Manning & Martin to move from a building it has occupied since the late 1980s to a new space that's 23% smaller.
