A historic Atlanta-founded shop this year is among a group of law firms joining the Mansfield certification process that promotes increasing diversity in leadership of firms nationwide for the first time.
Smith, Gambrell & Russell (SGR) is among 19 law firms that joined the program this year to gain certification of its efforts to include underrepresented lawyers in consideration for leadership roles in the firm, according to information from program sponsor Diversity Lab.
