Polsinelli has added a team of litigators focusing on health care payer-provider disputes in federal courts from K&L Gates in Charleston, South Carolina.
Stephen Bittinger and Allessandra Stewart joined recently as shareholders, and Melissa Yates arrived as a senior associate. They added to the Am Law 100 shop's "nationwide practice advising providers across the full spectrum of reimbursement audits, disputes and litigation," the firm said in announcing the additions.
