Big Law in recent weeks and months has been litigating disputes and educating about the potential impacts of Tuesday's election in the Southeast.
Its lawyers also have actively volunteered to promote voting integrity and security-related matters before Election Day. The two states considered battleground states in the region, Georgia and North Carolina (each with 16 electoral votes), have seen lawyers from a slew of Am Law 200 firms actively filing lawsuits on behalf of clients representing all ends of the political spectrum.
