Citing his “deep industry knowledge and breadth of capabilities,” Moore & Van Allen added real estate equity finance lawyer David M. Freda as a member in South Carolina in recent days from Morris, Manning & Martin.
Freda joined the Am Law 200 firm in Charleston, South Carolina, after moving from Atlanta, he said. His practice focuses on “intricate real estate equity finance and corporate transactions, in addition to managing the process and closing of commercial real estate acquisitions and financings in all asset classes,” according to the firm.
