Now plaintiff counsel with Beal Sutherland Berlin & Brown in Atlanta are detailing the role they played in persuading the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to resolve a terminated employee's claims of Americans With Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave of Absence and Georgia Whistleblower Act violations.
