Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough has doubled the number of lawyers it promoted to partner for 2025 compared with its last promotion round.
The Am Law 100 firm promoted 36 attorneys to the partnership effective Jan. 1—after promoting 18 in 10 cities to partner last year. In a statement, James Lehman, managing partner of Nelson Mullins, said "client needs" led the firm to increase the new partner class.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
