Alston & Bird is the latest law firm to match the market rate for associate bonuses.

Alston & Bird told associates this week they will receive year-end bonuses that meet the range set by the legal industry this year if they meet billable-hour thresholds.
The Am Law 100 firm, whose largest office is in Atlanta, will require associates on track to partnership to bill at least 2,000 hours to receive year-end bonuses and special bonuses.
