Despite a profitable year being expected in the legal industry, some Atlanta recruiters believe only the highest-grossing, Georgia-rooted firms will likely pay bonuses to associates that match the national market rate set by New York firms.
Rebecca Glatzer, a partner with recruiting firm Major, Lindsey & Africa, said she believed only the Atlanta firms that are “extremely profitable” likely will pay the level of bonuses set by New York firm Milbank in November.
