Smith, Gambrell & Russell has opened a Milan, Italy, office as its fourth international outpost with cross-border transactional lawyers Nicola Fiordalisi and Martin Guizzardi leading the firm’s operations, officials said Monday.
Fiordalisi will lead the new Italian practice in Milan for the Am Law Second Hundred firm, while Guizzardi will be deputy leader, firm officials said in a news release.
