Bass, Berry & Sims has relocated its Nashville headquarters to the top eight floors of a 35-story office tower in a space designed to encourage collaboration between lawyers and make sure "everyone feels included."

The Tennessee firm announced this week its relocation to a new, 180,000-square-foot office on the top eight floors of the new Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards building—the centerpiece of a redeveloped, former railroad yard that is one of the city’s hottest new multi-use developments.

The move comes after 15 years of operation in an office tower in another part of the historic downtown area and “is part of the firm’s focus on meeting the evolving needs of clients with space for sustainable growth and state-of-the-art facilities,” the firm said in a statement.
