For lawyers aspiring to become judges in northeast Georgia, time is ticking to be considered for a superior court vacancy in the Mountain Judicial Circuit that serves Banks, Habersham, Stephens and Rabun counties.
The Judicial Nominating Commission of Georgia is now accepting applications to fill the seat vacated by resignation of Judge B. Chan Caudell. Interested candidates have until Friday, Feb. 7, to apply for the vacancy.
