Some longtime litigators have broken away from one of Atlanta’s largest firms to open a new entity they say allows them to focus more on their practice areas and be more knowledgeable about other lawyers in the firm and their clients.
Marsh Atkinson & Brantley opened in recent days with 29 lawyers—including its former managing partner—from litigation firm Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers.
