Squire Patton Boggs this week added veteran lawyer Marc Rawls as a partner and practice group leader in Atlanta amid expectations of him playing “an important role” in the office’s success during a “robust” period for transactional work.
Rawls joined the global firm from Eversheds Sutherland, where he practiced for 25 years and served as deputy practice group leader of its U.S. business practices group, according to his new firm and his Linked In profile.
