As commercial real estate activity gradually revives, Burr & Forman has hired a real estate lawyer and an environmental lawyer who left big firms during the recession to start their own shop.
Environmental lawyer Scott E. Hitch and real estate lawyer Patrick B. Webb formed Hitch & Webb in March 2009, in the midst of the real estate bust. Hitch, 38, had been at Balch & Bingham and Webb, 39, had been at Alston & Bird. Both join Burr as counsel.
