Global immigration firm Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy has opened an Atlanta office with an 80-person immigration group led by Daryl R. Buffenstein, Deborah A. Marlowe and Kyle D. Sherman.

The 12-lawyer group, which is the former immigration practice for Paul Hastings, became the Atlanta office of San Francisco-based immigration firm Berry Appleman & Leiden three years ago, while maintaining a close relationship with Paul Hastings. Immigration practices employ large numbers of paralegals and other support staff because of the high-volume nature of the work.
