Commercial real estate lawyer T. Shawn Lanier has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner from DLA Piper. He brought a third-year associate, Paula C. Rothenberger, and his assistant, Jennifer Bleick, with him.

Hollingsworth II. “We’ve had a couple of real estate lawyers in the past, but not a real estate practice. We do in other parts of the firm, but not in Atlanta,” said Hollingsworth.
