Families received payouts averaging $2.1 million each, but did they get justice from their out-of-court settlements That question was considered during a panel discussion at the 18th Annual Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute and the 2011 Neutrals’ Conference on Dec. 9 at the State Bar of Georgia.
