Four more would-be Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport concessionaires whose bid proposals were turned down by Atlanta procurement officials have sued the city, saying their demands for records necessary to appeal have been ignored in violation of the state Open Records Act.
The suits, filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court, ask the court to order the city to produce the records and halt the appeals process until the plaintiffs can examine the records and present their cases.
