Company, owner sentenced for polluting Va river

NORFOLK, Va. AP – A Portsmouth company owner who pleaded guilty to polluting the Elizabeth River will spend 30 days on home confinement.

Jerry R. Askew Sr. also must pay a $15,000 fine.
