Four-lawyer litigation boutique Flint & Adler’s merger with Freeman Mathis & Gary is the latest addition for the latter, which has been on an 18-month growth streak. Freeman Mathis has expanded from 33 lawyers at the beginning of 2010 to 43 with the Flint & Adler lawyers.

Michael D. Flint and Shira Adler Crittendon have joined Freeman Mathis as partners. J. Scott Rees has joined as of counsel, and Laura L. Broome has joined as an associate.
