Two large Atlanta law firms announced new leases on Friday. Morris, Manning & Martin has signed a letter of intent to move to Midtown’s Campanile Building after 25 years at Atlanta Financial Center in Buckhead. McKenna Long & Aldridge has extended its SunTrust Plaza lease for 15 years.

Morris Manning will take over the top six floors of the 20-story Campanile Building-about 140,000 square feet-after spending almost a year evaluating options in Buckhead, Midtown and downtown. The firm has occupied floors 12 to 18 of Atlanta Financial Center’s North Tower since 1987, comprising about 114,000 square feet.
