Weinstock & Scavo will close its doors May 31, a decision prompted by the departure of the firm’s 12-lawyer resort practice for Taylor English Duma.
James J. Scavo, who founded Weinstock & Scavo in 1985 with litigator Michael Weinstock, said he and four other partners are making the move, along with seven associates. Scavo created the resort practice group in the mid-1980s.
