According to one disgruntled client, in the course of just 86 seconds, Johnson & Freedman lawyers set in motion a mistake that has cost more than $360,000 and amounts to legal malpractice.

That client, NRT REOExperts LLC, a licensed Florida real estate broker and foreclosure asset management company, alleges in a complaint filed June 9 in DeKalb County Superior Court that Johnson & Freedman and its senior managing partner, Larry W. Johnson, negligently caused an illegal eviction that has resulted in litigation, including a suit against the plaintiff, and unspecified damages.
