Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, a 400-attorney firm based in Columbia, S.C., said this week it’s creating a separate division for clients’ electronic discovery needs.
The new division, called Encompass E-Discovery and Document Review Solutions, uses products from Ikon Office Solutions, kCura, and TCDI, said Nelson Mullins partner and Encompass Director John Martin. It will also use some homegrown software, he said.
